September 7th, 2025 - 0800 to 1445 in-person evaluation at Gourmet Craft and Catering, 983 Rangeview Rd, Mississauga ON.
We will schedule a 2-hour spot any time during this day between 0800 and 1445. Spots are limited.
The deadline for submission is August 27th, 2025
The following is required to request to attend the Craftservice Providers Permittee Orientation Seminar:
1. Letter of Intent - must include why you are applying and who referred you, if anyone.
2. Resume - must demonstrate a proficiency in food preparation and customer service skills, film industry experience.
3. Minimum of three (3) professional written references
4. Craftservice Permittee Application form
5. Orientation fee of $150 (Pay on the website only once invited to attend)
6. Government Issued photo identification that proves that you are 18 years of age or older. Back and front.
7. Copy of your WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certificate
8. Copy of your valid Food Handler certificate (issued in Ontario)
9. Copy of your Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Awareness Training certificates
Applications should be sent in ONE (1) email with certificates included as individual attachments to office@iatse411.ca; crafttrainingcommittee@gmail.com.
Screenshots or photos taken of paperwork and certificates will NOT be accepted. Properly formatted/scanned files are required.
You will need a laptop or desktop computer to attend the Zoom course. Cellphones may pose problems for you. You must not be driving or participating in any other activity while attending the course.
Handouts will be sent by September 3rd.
